Code of Conduct updates?

Pinging again on this, and adding a direct CC to various interested
folks.

We spoke again about this topic this week (Monday and Tuesday). Let's
get this sorted?

I *strongly* think that a central mail alias would be good, but I'm
not sure on where to get that set up. An official-looking mail domain
would be good. Would uefi.org be prepared to do this, or should we
find somewhere else? Maybe kernel.org? Get linux-uefi.org hosted
somewhere? I'm happy to do that, so long as other people are
interested.

Who needs computer imagery when you've got Brian Blessed?
