[Abcde-users] Change default CDDA2WAV variable to cdrtools cdda2wav

I've noticed the default CDDA2WAV variable defaults to icedax of cdrkit, which 
hasn't seen an update for many years.

The cdda2wav was merged into cdrtools, and has seen many updates including very 
recently.

I would suggest defaulting the CDDA2WAV variable to cdda2wav, as this will 
create confusion for users.  Albeit, keep the mention of icedax in case of 
possible future problems.  Also, make reference "icedax (cdrkit)", for users 
searching for the package containing icedax as this is rarely known these days.

The cdrkit (icedax) package was created due to a disagreement many years ago, 
and never really flourished into anything aside from creating a little noise.  
My guess, it lingers historically in case cdrtools has future problems.
