[Abcde-users] Document wav OUTPUTTYPE within .conf

When extracting to WAV and encoding to Vorbis/OGG, I'm guessing both filetypes 
are moved but abcde realizes it didn't encode to WAV and reports this oddity as 
a warning?  

[WARNING] The encoded formats does not match with the moved ones
[WARNING] Formats encoded: ogg
[WARNING] Formats moved: ogg wav

As such, this is a false warning?
