Another option, is to perform the cdrdao or read the TOC file within post_read 
within the .abcde.conf file prior to cd eject, and save the cd.toc to the 
default /tmp/abcde* folder as /tmp/abcde.1234/cd.toc.

Within post_move, move the /tmp/abcde.1234/cd.toc file to the destination 
folder.  ;-)

Granted, tedious but again formal according to abcde's coding style.  And users 
can keep EJECT defined.

(Plan to comment the patch as such.)
