[Abcde-users] Fwd: How to deal with problematic characters?

As part of my filter I remove punctuation from the song titles. I mostly do
this to reduce the title length to help the lame display in my car.
for example, removing a possessive apostrophe in ('s) doesn't hinder me
interpreting the title but does give me one more character on the car's
display (and sometimes more if other punc. exists).
