[Cheddar-users] Cheddar hardware migration

Hi folks,

Cheddar is somewhat old now, and we're a little worried about the age of
the hardware. In anticipation of any failure, I've spun up a new server
with our current ISP.

Over the coming weeks, We'll start migrating people and services over to
the new server. Hopefully, for most people, you shouldn't see that much
difference, but for more technical minded people, please be aware that
fingerprints for ssh etc will change.

We'll keep this list updated as things progress.
