Code of Conduct updates?

HUP!

We've let this drift again and nothing's happened.

I've just registered linux-uefi.org and I'll set up hosting for it.

There's no need for much stuff there - a trivial introductory page or
two, and an email alias.

I'm assuming all the people in CC here will be happy to be on the
alias.
