That is a gpx file of all the entrance locations plus other fixed
points.  It's a link from /handbook/essentials.gpx to
/home/expo/loser/gpx/essentials.gpx on my machine, but does seem to be
missing on the server. I've just fixed that. Need to make sure it gets
checked in as a link, not an out of date copy. Will prod that later.

It is regenerated by running make_essentials.sh in loser/gpx.
