[Expo-tech] The Expo server

I'm sure this is possible with SSH connections via SRCF, but the way I know
requires ppl to know password to 'the middleman' server. So this solves
having repo via 'srcf-middleman'.
I couldn't get it to work with HTTP in any sensible way yet. I'd ask srcf
admins if that's something we can do...
