[Expo-tech] New server issue

I can see the Drupal-generated p[ages, such as
http://expo.survex.com/personexpedition/MichaelSargent/2015
or
http://expo.survex.com/survey_scans/

but none of the ordinary webpages such as
http://expo.survex.com/
or even
https://expo.survex.com/

Also, unexpectedly, the TortoiseHg repos are now broken. Do they exist
somewhere and I just need a new key/address or are they definitely offline?
