cucc.survex.com is working for the first time in months (but it's an
old copy with wrong links to expo website, and some icons are missing).

expo.survex.com has the static files available, and some photos (nicer
gallery software, but it's too stupid to do subdirs usefully so not really much use)

No django yet, nor maps and boe is refusing to work so far for mysterious reasons too.

So thanks very much to hands.com for the space. It's currently a (libvirt) VM,
but will probably get containerised at some point.

I've taken the opportunity to redo the apache config from scratch so
it's a bit less baroque, and I've also done the hg->git conversions,
but not uploaded those. There is still some tidying to do before
actually switching over to those.

I need to get latest image again from Sam as I managed to bugger up
the 1st one so some stuff is out of date. And do some more config, but
hopefully it'll be essentially working sometime later this week. I'll
mail again when I think we're 'done' and it's time to test. But at
least some files are available again.
