Any thoughts as to how we should implement these things for 2019 ?

srcf worked quite well in 2018, and getting everyone to use an HTML editable
table on the new server (as we did in 2017)
http://expo.survex.com/years/2017/whoandwhen.html is no great advantage
except for ease of archiving?
