[Expo-tech] "Edit this page" & git repos

We have a more than enough nerds here for 3 weeks to do website updates so
there is no need for anyone to be editing the website (almost invariably
handbook) pages who doesn't know how mercurial works. "edit this page" only
links into the ::expoweb:: repository which is still mercurial (and it
would be a good idea to keep this on mercurial until the end of expo).

Since anyone using "edit this page" then needs a nerd to tidy things up
anyway, its usefulness is moot.

I have successfully git (re)cloned ::troggle:: and ::drawings:: on my
personal laptop and will do the same on the expo laptop when it is next
free. However the settings are apparently not the same on both of them. The
::drawings:: repo apparently needs the same thing doing to it that Sam did
to ::troggle:: - *something something branches something.*..
