That's another script. We killed the photos because we ran out of
space during some nerding - it was generating a whole repeat copy
instead of just a set of thumbnails, remember?

make photos
in the expofiles dir will regenerate it all, 
but  that's not using the config in /home/expo/config/bins/binsrc 
(it's using the default) which may well be the problem
I've fixed that, and pointed the dirs in the right place. so now it's running.
There was 17G free when it started. Lets see how much we have after it's done.
