Been doing a bit of housekeeping today. Removing duplicates and putting
uploaded stuff in the right place. e.g. all the unsorted photos from 2019
are now in
photos/2019/unsorted-photos/
and not in
uploads/

I renamed a folder: uploads/surveyscans-2019-nasty-pdf-png

This can all be deleted I think.
Someone scanned them to PDF and PNG in July 2019,
and then someone else converted them all to to JPG
(as is right and proper) in Sept. 2019
and they are in the right places in surveyscans/2019/etc..

Started on processing the 2019 wallets too. Quite a lot of stuff scanned on
expo, but no-one has begun the contents.json files yet. Where is the
physical 2019 wallets folder anyway ?
