Just running a real link-checker.
It crashed a lot but I have managed to get rid of enough bad links that it now covers nearly all the site.

The page with the largest number of in-links is 
expo.survex.com/troggle/ with >4,155 (generated by troggle mostly)
and the page with the largest number of out-links is
expo.survex.com/survey_scans/ with 1,823 (note the underscore)

but I had to stop the tracker following /repositories/ as of course the old versions are uninteresting.

We apparently have 686 files looking in the wrong place for the javascript they want.
It does turn up a number of interesting features which I didn't know about and which aren't documented.
