[Expo-tech] databaseReset.py

Looking at this a bit more, it looks like people are missing from the
list. The list is generated from folk.csv in expoweb which is still hg
and probably does need an update. Then try running

$ databasereset.py people
$ databasereset.py logbooks

You can run the full reset but that takes forever. There are also some
mistakes in the logbook that mean some people can't be found that it
will tell you about.
