[Expo-tech] Progress: Logbooks parsing - 96 reduced to 32 errors

This morning a combination of changes to folk.csv, original logbooks html files and the parsing code has reduced the number of failed logbook entries from 96 to 32. 

Also the displayed logbook entries via troggle, e.g. 
http://expo.survex.com/logbookentry/2019-07-16/cucc-ps-01
are now more readable.


Now to tackle 2018 and 2019 and reduce the remaining errors listed:
