[Expo-tech] New documentation (untested) on using the New Cave form

OK, preliminary documentation for how to use the "New Cave" data entry
online form now exists:

This is the 6th page in a sequence which tracks the procedure from a fistful
of muddy scraps of notebooks to the eventual A0 coloured poster on your

and needless to say it is far from complete. But comments on what exists to
date are extremely welcome.
