[Expo-tech] are these supposed to be in .hgignore ?

Because they are generated pages. (e.g. br-alm.html is generated from
noinfo/areapage_skeletons/br-alm.html plus the list of caves in that area)
You don't check generated pages into a VCS, only source.

No. although the old areas are increastingly historic, and really
should be updated for the new areas beyond the stone bridge (or abandonned entirely).
