[Expo-tech] Fixed troggle importing tunnel files but databaseReset.py not working

- zero-length tunnel files are not very useful, but shouldn't make troggle
crash
- Some deep django weirdness doesn't like underscores in some internal
query/filter fields

A tunnel file refers to /surveyscans/2009/2009#32/East_Anglia-plan.png 
which causes hard-to-discover nastiness.

But renaming the file to EastAnglia-plan.png in both the tunnel xml file and
in /2009#32/ fixes the problem.

Troggle page http://expo.survex.com//tunneldata/ will now actually useful
again.

But I can't run 
$ python databaseReset.py
on the server, anyone know why ?
