[Expo-tech] Ubuntu 20.04 - no pip

I got in a bit of a mess with my WSL on Windows10 so I did a fresh install
of WSL1/Ubuntu 
and just for fun I got Ubuntu20.04 (out today).

python-pip seems to have disappeared. There is only python3-pip

Since this is how we install the elderly django we use I thought you ought
to know.
