[Expo-tech] links to ../noinfo/whatever..

cd expoweb

$ grep -ir "../noinfo" *

lists 89 occasions in a couple of dozen files which have href= links to
things in /noinfo/ which are not there any more.

Should some of these actually be in /noinfo/

or should we edit all those href in all those html files ?

e.g.

years/1977/descnt.htm:<a
href="../../noinfo/years/1977/descnt.htm">here</a>.<br>

others/gsab/en/782008.htm:"../../../noinfo/1626/122.htm">description</a>, in
English</li>

entrance_data/1623-142.html:<approach>Hack up the hillside behind <a
