[Expo-tech] Troggle Error

Hi,

Trying to access 2023 survey wallets from Troggle. However, it seems to be
broken I'm getting an error message. Wallet 55 as an example: -
https://expo.survex.com/survey_scans/2023%252355/

1. Trying to access an Expo for '2023' which does not exist (yet). See
/handbook/computing/newyear.html

2. Previous page Url: https://expo.survex.com/wallets/year/2023

3. Bigger issue as there are only 5 wallets connected to 2023 when
previously we had 70+
