[Macchiato] McBin ~1.1 PCIe fix photographic evidence

Hi guys,

Anyone got a picture evidence of modding the PCIe reset fix or did you
all just get new boards and burn the old ones on a pyre?

Does anyone know if not-supplied-by-SolidRun DIMMs work here (and if
anyone sells mcbin without bundled RAM..) - this'd speak to the
quality of mv_ddr I guess, which since I don't have any different
DIMMs, can't tell..
