[Macchiato] Binary EFI builds

Hi,

Is there a plan to have EFI binary builds available for users? It's
not really helpful for debugging when the first step is to find out
which version the user has built. And on the other hand I'm not really
comfortable pointing people to my builds for use.

Considering the repositories are already in github, I take a CI based
on travis etc makes most sense?
