No, for this kind of changes I wouldn't wait with submission. The
ComPhy status is aligned to u-boot as for May 2017 and I recently
checked (after stability reports) that there were a couple of
important changes around PCIE in the meantime. I will update of
course, once ready.

Very soon (development pending), we would be relieved from tracking
such changes, because ComPhy internals (register settings, trainings)
is being shifted to be common component in secure software.
