Thanks to Marcin's help I managed to build and boot UEFI (at commit
35493edb3e of the uefi-marvell repo) on the Macchiatobin. I built kernel
version 4.19.0 with your config as is, and it boots fine up to
initramfs. Then I disabled modules support to create a single kernel
image for easy deployment. This kernel hangs at:

This is kind of expected, since there is no ISA bus.
