[Macchiato] mvpp2 fails to come up with kernel 5.3 & 5.4

Hi Folks,

I've been running Fedora on my double shot for a while OK, but I can't
update kernel beyond 5.2.18. A 5.3 (tried a couple from Fedora) and
the latest 5.4 all exhibit the same failure to load the mvpp2 at boot
