[Abcde-users] Suggestion - Move OPTS below it's related Binary Assignment within abcde.conf

Would it be best to move the Binary OPTS below it's related Binary assignment
within the abcde.conf?

Currently, binary assignment within the abcde.conf happens within one big glob
with the binary opts/options following later in one big glob.

To make it easier for users to adjust their settings on a continual basis,
wouldn't it be best to do something like the following?

#CDPARANOIA=cdparanoia
#CDPARANOIAOPTS=""

#OGGENC=oggenc
#VORBIZEOPTS=
#OGGENCOPTS="-q 5"

#FLAC=flac
#FLACOPTS="-f"

I think this would make it easier for somebody searching for assignments within
the text file, as all options will atypically be within one location versus
scattered about. (Currently searching to adjust one binary and opts, results
in a lot of back and forth searching.)

I also think, the reason why the groupings are the way they are now, is
something left over from when the original author created the script (or
abcde.conf file) and only had a few assignments.

(I'm about a third of the way through extracting my collection, so I have about
another week I can spend on this. If many vote for this change, I can easily
create a patch. ;-)
