Oops. I forgot even about myself.
After upgrading, users need to usually deal with changes within the text
configuration files. As few changes as needed, is usually preferable else
people spend needless hours merging text changes.
Probably worth a mention within the site you mentioned, but even I'm less
hesitant to waste time on this now -- unless there's a major backing.
