[Abcde-users] Device use a cdrdao Audio CD image Support

I think one of my next ideas is to implement "abcde -d" cdrdao audio CD image
support.

Essentially, "abcde -d mozart.bin" or abcde should be able to read in an audio
CD image file created with cdrdao through the device argument. (ie. "-d
[device]")

Reason, for debugging purposes here so I do not have to keep ejecting my DVD
and re-inserting an audio CD for testing, repetitively. (Otherwise, I'm more
apt to submit the patch without testing! ;-)

Others whom archive their audio CD's using this method (alongside the TOC
file), might also find this useful when re-creating their music collections
from backup image files.

(Posted for feedback, in the event somebody has already tried and the feature
isn't possible.)
