Which specific disk are you trying to rip?
The cue file looks correct for a disk with a lead-in or pre-gap. I
ran into lots of issues with these sorts of disks when ripping the
whole disk to flac and then ripping from flac to (compressed format of
choice). You need to make sure:
* You're actually ripping the whole disk, including the lead-in
* The cue/toc files accurately represent the lead-in
* The lead-in is properly handled by abcde when ripping

...I believe most (but not all) of my changes got pulled into abcde
upstream, but IIRC some of the changes were (unintentionally?)
reverted when some changes were made later to the cue file handling.
I've generally just stuck with the slightly custom version of abcde I
crafted several years ago...now that my CD collection is ripped, I
only rip the occasional new purchase (and why break what works!).
