[Expo-tech] Git setup

I've installed and setup cgit, so we have an html view of the repos:

http://expo.survex.com/cgit

I've taken the opportunity to rename tunneldata to cavedrawings,
because it was always daft having therion drawing in a repo called
'tunneldata'. And the (only) branch is now 'master', not 'tunneldata'.

troggle and tunneldata hg repos are now read-only.

mercurial hgweb is also enabled so the still-mercurial repos are available through that:
http://expo.survex.com/repositories

I don't guarantee that the git repos are stable yet.

cloning now works via URLs shown on the bottom of the sumary page:
git clone http://expo.survex.com/cgit/troggle/.git
git clone http://expo.survex.com/cgit/cavedrawings/.git

But that's read-only cloning. I need to do a bit more work to make
those writable.
