[Expo-tech] Git setup

I had a chat with our master of git. To clone from the server via ssh
you need to do

git clone ssh://expo@expo.survex.com/~/troggle

I'm sure I tried something like this at the last nerding session but I
guess not exactly (it was late)

This will be read write the same as the perms for the expo user on the
server.
