I've just installed proftpd. Sam, could you copy the config over from
the old server (/etc/proftpd) into ~expo/config/proftpd and I'll get
it going.
In the meantime it's set up to give read/write access to expofiles if
you log in as expo. Or we could lock it down to just an upload
directory - I forget exactly what was configured before. I think sftp
got you all of expofiles as now, whilst webdav only got you to the
upload dir.
