Debian's backports didn't re-open until yesterday, so I wasn't able to
push the package there as soon as I expected.

There were also some problems with the Windows and Mac builds.

But now everything is sorted out - to have the latest version you want
1.2.41 for Windows or Mac but 1.2.40 is OK for Linux (1.2.41 doesn't
change anything there).

The 1.2.39 build Philip installed on the expo machine already is OK too
as I included a workaround for the important bug fixed in 1.2.40.

Cheers,
