1. It's a hand-written page and not autogenerated, so yes you can edit it.
2. It doesn't seem to be part of troggle so you can't use the "Edit this
page" function (as you can on http://expo.survex.com/years/2019/ for
example - but see handbook for the clean-up this involves)
3. So this is a clean "clone repo - edit file - save file - commit - push
repo" job on the expoweb repo.

so you mayhave to intuit the command line equivalents fo the tortoisehg
