[Expo-tech] Backup of loser CVS from 2003 restored

I managed to dig this old repo out as Wookey requested.  It is now
installed on expo.survex.com with permissions set up via a new group
(expocvs).  You should be able to check out the repo by doing:

cvs -d ~expo/repositories/cvs checkout .

Then cd into the created CVSROOT directory to run e.g. "cvs log" or
whatever.

The history goes back to the very start of version control being used for
the loser repo, as far as I can tell, in March 2001.
