[Expo-tech] .hg permissions on expo server now - see IRC

I now have a decent IRC client running.

<Philip-Sargent> Just changed all permissions in expoweb/.hg from expo:expo
to expo:www-data
Now doing the same thing for .hgignore and .#dplong.htm

bizarre:
