[Expo-tech] :expoweb:/photos/<mugshots>

This folder - :expoweb:/photos/<mugshots> - and copies of all the mugshots -
was recreated when I ran python databaseRest.py people on my local copy of
troggle.

Reading parsers/people.py it looks as if it should be creating a dummy file
for the mugshots, which is then used to insert the mugshots into the
troggle-generated person blurb, e.g.
http://expo.survex.com/person/PhilipSargent
has the blurb text but no mugshot,
whereas 
http://expo.survex.com/person/MichaelSargent
doesn't even have the mugshot.

But 
http://expo.survex.com/folk/l/pms.htm
and
http://expo.survex.com/folk/l/michaelsargent.html

are all present and correct with multiple mugshots.

But I am not familiar enough with python libraries to know what it is really
trying to do without doing a lot more background reading.
