Please do NOT attempt "Edit this page" as that currently gets us into a
world of hurt with file permissions,
stranded mercurial merges, deleted javascript and god knows what else.

At the moment, the way to edit this is to use mercurial, pull it to your PC,
edit, and then commit and push to the server.
