I just regenerated it online.
Instructions are at the top of the README file in the /folk folder.
If you can log in to rename a file you can probably regenerate it instead -
unless the permissions
have screwed up again.
$ cd :expoweb:/folk
$ python ../scripts/make-folklist.py <folk.csv >index.htm
Since mid-April every name in the generated index.htm has a hyperlink (their
name is underlined) which goes to the troggle page about that person. Except
for 19 people.
There are 19 people for which the troggle name parsing and this folklist
parsing
are different. Reconciling these (found easily using a link checker scanner
on the
folk/.index.htm file) is a job that needs to be done.
Wookey works, but RuairidhMacLeod doesn't.
NadiaRaeburn-Cherradi definitely doesn't.
Also 'on the list' is repairing the code that shows the mugshot photo on the
troggle-generated bio page.

(PS The mugshot for Katy Bender looks a lot like Sophie to me..)

http://expo.survex.com/folk/index.htm was missing.
I saw there was
index2019-06.htm.old
and
index2019-07.htm.old
I guess someone (probably Phil) was testing something. So I copied
index2019-07.htm.old back to index.htm so the page can still be used in the
meantime.
I also noticed that 2017/HaydonSaunders had a 21MB Pics.zip file containing
all the same pics as already in that dir but at higher resolution. So I
unpacked it and removed the .zip
And I removed execute bits from all the photos.
