[Expo-tech] people uploading files to the server - better feedback

Once the files have been imported (currently Wookey & I are doing this
manually),
any "data issue" problems can be found in the error/warning messages which
are all neatly logged here:

(you will need to login twice as 'expo' and the usual password to make this
work)

I have been adding to these over the past few weeks so this page no longer
has long lists of irrelevant stuff:
