[Expo-tech] 1624, 1626, 1627 Expo Survex listings now working

and now + a helpful message linking to the Survey Handbook when it discovers that somebody has uploaded survex files to the Loser repo but has not done the corresponding edit to the expoweb repo for a new cave.

And finding if the same kataster number is used in more than one area:

BUT it is still displaying all the survex files, currently ignoring the flag that says some should not be public.

Is this still an issue? Or should I add a check that the user is logged –in ?

PS  CSRF issue is mixed up with some permissions problem . yuk.

PPS Big survex files are causing the javascript text editor to hang. Needs a later version
