We stopped worrying about it some years ago after checking that VfHO
didn't mind.  In principle it's a useful option to have, but we don't
actually have a requirement right now. Possibly if we sucked in more
data from spelix we might need to again. We do have TDM data and
copyright map scans which are hidden from non-logged-in people.
