We now have 2 CPUs and 4GB RAM too, and there is more disk space if we
need it. So a significant upgrade. As Phil has just spent 2 grand and
we've been upgraded from 'bare minimim' he wouldn't say no to a
contribution, although it's not required. If expo happens we should
probably put something in the budget.
