[Expo-tech] Troggle: added 'expoadmin' user, new password. & removed plugin

As part of the slimming-down process I have got rid of the fairly ancient 'django-registration' plugin app which was part of Aaron's original plan to have everyone with a unique login. 

 

Current versions of Django have this all built-in anyway, so it was entirely redundant. 

 

These clever plugins donated by volunteers (there are hundreds available) make upgrading Django to new versions a royal pain. So unless they are absolutely necessary, I have been weeding them out.

 

This will make it easier to keep Django updated in future.

I have also created a new user:

user: 'expoadmin'

password: 'beery:cavey' - the reverse of the usual 'cavey:beery' password used for 'expo' user.

 

The 'expo’ standard user can see all the /noinfo/ stuff such as Rauchenhohle  as before, but now cannot login to the Django control panel.

The 'expoadmin' user can login to the Django control panel and has full authority there.

Hardly anyone needs to do that.
