[Abcde-users] Custom Command Output to Output DIR/Folder

I could likely find this question by reading the scripting, but figure it might
suite well to document here for future abcde users.

I want to output the following cd.toc file to the destination folder.

cdrdao read-toc  --fast-toc cd.toc

pre_read ()
{
:
cdrdao read-toc  --fast-toc ${What_Variable_of_Destination_Folder-cd.toc}

# Break on error?
}

I'm guessing the currently preferred backup method is to use cdparanoia vs
cdda2wav/cdrdao due to accuracy, save the original toc using cdrdao for when
writing a duplicated original audio CD when the original fails.
