[Abcde-users] Custom Command Output to Output DIR/Folder

Another command which could be useful within pre_  or post_ functions, moving 
all *.ogg files to a subfolder $OUTPUTFILEDIR/.ogg/.

This way, users can import and play their high quality PCM WAV files on a 
computer software player without file globbing all vorbis files during import.

When they need vorbis files for use on travel devices, just utilize rsync to 
grab/sync the .ogg subfolder and omit the wavs.

(I have yet to figure out the rsync incanatation, for including .ogg files 
while omitting the subfolder .ogg.  LOL ;-)

Might also be a lacking of software based players, to omit OGG/Vorbis files 
when globbing.
